There are a couple of options for setting this up; you can create a new calendar with the steps below, or I can simply invite you to this existing one and you can add/edit events and they will appear online immediately. Probably easier just to use this existing one.
- Setup a gmail account, or use your own – you can then allow select users to have control to add/edit events on this calendar
2. Add people you would like to be able to update the calendar
3. Make it available to the public
4. Turn off show invitations
5. Then copy the embed code into a HTML block and send it to me and I’ll replace the existing calendar
6. Updating the calendar is as simple – no extra steps to update the website
