Scan and save the completed form as a PDF document, then email it to our Treasurer at: christyerman@netspace.net.au
Alternatively, bring it to the Lake Nalpa track and leave it with a club official.
Preferred payment method is via Online Banking – the Club Bank Details are provided on the form.
The membership year commences on July 1 each year.
